Refund & Cancellation

At APNAMBA, we value transparency and fairness in our services. Below are the conditions under which refunds will be considered:

 

1. Application Cost Paid: Refunds will be processed only if the application cost has been paid against a specific college.

 

2. Non-Processing of Application: If we do not process your application for the college for which the payment was made, you are eligible for a refund.

 

3. Change of Interest: If you decide not to proceed with the application for the selected college after making the payment, you may request a refund.

 

Refund Process

 

1. Initiation: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@apnamba.com within 07 days of the payment date.

 

2. Verification: Our team will verify your application status to confirm eligibility for a refund.

 

3. Approval: Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 30 business days.

 

4. Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction within 30 business days

 

Exclusions

 

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

1. If the application has been processed and submitted to the college.

2. If the payment was made for general consultation or non-college-specific services.

3. If the refund request is made beyond the stipulated time frame.

4. If the application cost was adjusted against a different college.
